How do I return something to Sir Richard Weed Leather Company?

When returning items:
If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice. Please inform us which you prefer: a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.
For orders that are damaged in shipping:
Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.

Shipping Policy
Rates may change. In an effort to keep cost down we use one or all of the following: UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
We currently ship to street addresses (all shipping methods), P.O. boxes within the 50 United States (standard shipping only), and to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses (standard shipping only). Packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling.
